Neither Sheldon Xia, nor the companies helping him, nor anyone else involved in potential wrongdoing should escape investigation and accountability. Every day, more complaints are being filed. And all of this could have been avoided if one man had simply chosen to do the right thing and return people's money instead of risking criminal prosecution over funds that belong to users.
