'Yesterday: the messy desk. Today: every lead in one list. WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, the website form, email, missed calls → one inbox with a stage and a follow-up date. Larkhaven Desk, a concept build of mine. The form feeds it live through n8n. #CRM #n8n t.co/mDXv4OCjmZ
@isaacchristn_ai Clean. The follow-up date is the part most setups skip. Next step I'd add: a daily n8n run that pings you only for leads past their follow-up date, so the inbox nags you instead of you checking it.
@devpops_ Good call. Right now the follow-up date just sorts the list, so you still have to look. A morning ping with only the overdue ones is the obvious next step. Do you send yours to email or WhatsApp?
A roofer on X this week: calls after 9 PM reach a live person. Website form fills wait till morning. Calls get answered. Forms wait. In Larkhaven Desk, a concept CRM, a form lands in one list the second it's sent, with a stage and a follow-up date. #CRM #LeadGeneration First reply: The concept build: t.co/LqCmd4EMsv
